I had a GREAT camera for the event- it is the Nikon Coolpix S560. I cannot tell you how much I love this camera. It takes AMAZING pictures and video. The battery that comes with it held enough charge that I was able to take more than 200 pictures (and some video) over the weekend without having to switch to the backup that I had brought, and it took nice photos from start to finish. This makes the top 10 list of the best birthday gifts I’ve gotten!

A GREAT weekend! I just am so happy yet so sad that it’s over. We had a great route, very hot weather but still a wonderful time. I thank you again for your support.

Transition Time

This will serve as my newer page since my 2009 3-Day donation page will be deleted soon. I am NOT taking donations for the Breast Cancer 3-Day on this site, nor do I intend to solicit donations for my fundraising as I am taking this year off from walking. I’ve walked 180 miles in 3-Day events since 2007, with countless hours of fundraising and training for those events, and my family (and my feet) need me to take a break now.
